I am seeing reviews from one end of the spectrum to the other. I am picky about Chinese food and always special order everything, The gal taking my order could not have been more friendly or accommodating by adding onion to my rice and putting sauces on the side. My food was hot, fresh and delicious. The Shrimp Tso was incredible and they always give you enough for two meals. If you haven't tried the Crispy Beef or Chicken, do, it's sooooo good. And the Crab Rangoon and Egg Foo Young, to me, is better than any other place around. China Kitchen is now my new and only place to go for awesome Chinese cuisine. CvC

I don’t know what happened, but since the pandemic, China Kitchen food has become amazing. Food taste fresher and the flavors will blow your taste buds away. Sure, order time takes longer, but, it just means that they are pouring their passion into making the food. Look forward to ordering more food very soon!!!!

Ordered egg drop soup and shrimp fried rice everything was PIPING hot. I’m very picky about where I eat and this was a Great first experience would recommend.

Pleasantly surprised! I'm so glad we tried out China Kitchen as a closer option to our house after moving to the area from Henrico. Their food is so fresh and delicious and very fairly priced! The Hot & Sour soup is especially worth mentioning as it tasted so fresh and delicious, I ended up ordering more for takeout after my family and I dined in.

The sesame and orange chicken tasted amazing! Everything was fresh and very hot! The spring rolls were good. Only complaint would be the Crab Rangoons were over cooked, too brown and hard.

My husband and i had dinner from here last night for the first time, and it is now our new go-to. It was really very good. Flavorful, not too much broccoli, and not too much sodium as a lot of stores can be. Will be visiting again soon!

The best Chines in Richmond. My mom and I order a couple times a month. Great Service and great quality food. Just wish it didn't take so long. Typically 45 min for two entrees.
